How it Works: Burnout Recovery & Resilience Coaching

First, if you’re not sure if you’re in burnout, or how bad your burnout is, take the free “How Burned Out Are You?” quiz. It’ll help you see if you’re in burnout, and if so, what stage you’re in right now.

  • This is not your typical twenty minute high pressure all talk and tactics sales call. This is a conversation that will:

    • Help you, and me, understand why you’re really here, what you really need from coaching

    • Start building a vision for what your future self wants. Not what your boss wants from you, what society wants from you, what your mom wants from you - what YOU want from you.

    • If it feels good for both of us, I’m happy to tell you about how I work with clients and figure out next steps - even if they aren’t with me.

    We cover a lot here, and I show up with - and will invite you into - grounded presence to do my one job on this call: help you make a decision about whether you’re committed to change right now, and whether you want to partner with me in that change.
